haven been going school for quite some time le. waha. i've been happily sticking out at chuachukang stadium and i refuse to leave. haha x)
nationals update!!! (:
9july, monday.
1500m heats. i came in second for my heats with a timing of 5.41.66mins. 7th qualifier.
10july, tuesday.
kaisheng obviously got through his heats for 200m AND 400m with a first qualifier in his heats and overall (:
11july, wednesday.
i came in sixth for my 1500m finals with a timing of 5.44.01. slow. 5whole seconds slower than the champion. rah. got kinda boxed in. started the chase too slow. lagged behind too much. couldn't catch up. could have done better. but mr teo said it was still not bad cuz i didn't really train for 1500m.
kaisheng again obviously got through his 400m semis with a first for his semis and the top qualifier. x)
4by4 Agirls has officially got through to finals.. like finally one event on the final day (: yayness. and we got lane1. best lane according to mr teo. (: now we dun have to cut lanes (: baha
12july, thursday.
i came in second for my 800m heats. with a timing of 2.42.15mins. 6th qualifier i tink.
jud ran with a twisted ankle. i was soooooooooooo scared for her la. but i'm glad her ankle didn't give her problems during the race. and she completed the race (: yay to her!! (:
4by4 Aboys have officially got into finals with lane8. a whole 7seconds ahead of the 9th qualifer. haha. we screamed the whole warmup area down with the announcement of this qualifier (: yayness. now both Aboys and Agirls has their 4by4 events on final day after our 4by1s got booted out farfar away. heh.
well poor kaisheng muz be shag. well. he clocked a 48.95s for his 400m in the relay. overtaking from the 7th position to the first with a lead of about 10to20m. x) WOW. den he had 200m semis which he did in 23.01. (: and the afternoon finals. GOLD MEDALIST HENG KAI SHENG clocked a 22.83(?) for his finals!!! and of cuz.. he actually raised his hand in the sign of VICTORY (: first time. best. well done kai sheng. we're really proud of you!

and so we're predicting our gold medalist will be a double gold medalist breaking a championship record in the 400m finals in a few hours time. way to go kaisheng! (:
